Our Pricing

All prices at Safety Networks, Inc. dba MVD Express are determined by the management. For all products and/or services, we reserve the right to adjust prices due to errors or changing market conditions or for any other reason we deem necessary without notice. Advertisements, catalogs and online services are prepared in advance and don't allow for fluctuations of market prices. Safety Networks, Inc. dba MVD Express is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error, Safety Networks, Inc. dba MVD Express will contact participating and contractual parties via e-mail or other form of communication with the corrected pricing information.

 

Warranty

All Safety Networks, Inc. dba MVD Express products and/or services are guaranteed to be free from workmanship defects for one year from date of purchase. Misuse of products and/or services voids stated warranty period.

 

Delivery

Most products and/or services can be be picked up in on of our 11 locations in New Mexico located in the cities of Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Rio Rancho, Los Lunas and Las Cruces. Orders not eligible for pickup are shipped UPS Ground or USPS unless another method is requested. Please allow an additional 48 hours for online orders. All shipments for online orders are for delivery during the Monday thru Saturday. There is no option on the shopping cart for Sunday or Holiday delivery. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any orders that include a backordered item will be shipped once all items are in stock unless a request for shipment of all-in-stock items is made (additional charges may apply) please email for details. We currently only ship within New Mexico. Any duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Appropriate sales tax will apply to all New Mexico residents.

  • Extra shipping charges will be notified via email to customers, if any.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with any of the products and/or services purchased from Safety Networks, Inc. dba MVD Express, please return them within 30 days, and state the reason for the return. Your money will be returned, less shipping and handling. All returns must be in their original packages and must be in good condition both visually and functionally. Products with damaged packaging are not eligible for refunds.

Fee based products and/or services using Safety Networks, Inc. dba MVD Express materials, methods or processes requires a special agreement with Safety Networks, Inc. dba MVD Express. Safety Networks, Inc. dba MVD Express, Inc. products and/or services are not for resale, unless a resale agreement has been signed between the reseller and Safety Networks, Inc. dba MVD Express, Inc.
