OUR SIMPLE PROCESS:

Our Secret Shopper program has changed slightly.  When you provide your email address to our MVD Express Agent upon the processing of your transaction, your name will be put into a random selection process for the SECRET SHOPPER payout!  For your convenience, we will then contact YOU by email to let you know that you have been selected to complete an MVD Express SECRET SHOPPER survey!  All you have to do is complete the short survey, submit this back to us online, and we will send you $20!  It's as simple as that!!!  No strings attached.

All we ask is that you provide honest feedback on your experience.  No gimmicks, no scam.  This is a genuine evaluation process that allows us to learn what we do well and maybe not so well.  Whatever the case, our goal is to get it right 100% of the time.  Your feedback is our most valuable tool to making that a reality!
